Here's a synopsis of my last 30 years - I worked for three years in the restaurant biz culminating as a Sous Chef at the Cleveland Yachting Club. Then a short stint at CSU while getting a job at a major downtown law firm in the records and information area. There, I met my wife Elaine (a former Parma High Cheerleader-Class of 1979) and eventually became the Records Coordinator. 20 years was enough for me so I quit in 2000 and now work full time on growing my rental real estate Investment portfolio. Yes, I'm the LANDLORD. I have travelled to all 50 states, camping, backpacking, and climbing. Notching Alaska last in 2001 on a two month trip (see photo of very happy man). Over the years I have climbed three 14,000ft. mountains, bungee jumped, parachuted, explored wild caves and notched seven solo flights in a single-engine plane. I am a member of the local Mensa chapter and while I have no children of my own I am an Uncle to 16. 30 years goes by fast doesn't it!
