If there is enough interest to Lakewood High School (OH) alumni living in the Southeast.....I would like to plan a little get together in Santee, SC in late summer or early fall. Santee is located in South Carolina, directly off I-95 and is centrally located in the southeast. Santee offers numerous golf courses, campgrounds & parks, fabulous fishing on Lake Marion and easy access to Charleston, Columbia & Myrtle Beach. There are numerous hotels ranging from your basic hotel up to the historic Inn & Restaurant known as Clark's Inn & Restaurant that includes a Day Spa & Salon. There is a nice selection of eateries that covers the gamut of simple to elegant! If you are interested, please send me a message on FB with suggestions for dates.....this mini reunion is open to any and all LHS alumni, regardless of when you graduated or where you live! For those of you who still reside in the Lakewood area, this would give you the perfect excuse for a little getaway to the South!
